Merri-Winga Auditorium

The Merri‑Winga Auditorium is the Civic Centre’s largest event space, located on the ground floor with direct access from the Gulaga Foyer. Featuring professional audio‑visual, lighting and sound systems, it is ideal for performances, presentations, banquets, graduations, formals, large weddings and touring productions, accommodating up to 450 guests.

Gulaga Room

The Gulaga Room is a flexible ground‑floor space ideal for rehearsals, seminars, workshops and smaller performances. Accommodating up to 100 guests, the room offers multiple layout options and includes a built‑in projector and screen, making it well suited to presentations, training sessions and catered events.

Gulaga Foyer and Diggers Bar

The Gulaga Foyer is a versatile ground‑floor space located at the main entrance of the Civic Centre and serviced by the Diggers Bar. Ideal as a breakout area or standalone venue, it is perfect for cocktail events, product launches and social functions, offering flexible layouts and convenient beverage service.

Biamanga Room

The Biamanga Room is a spacious, light‑filled Level 1 venue ideal for meetings, workshops and seminars. Serving as Council Chambers and available for public hire, the room is fully equipped with built‑in audio‑visual facilities and offers flexible layouts accommodating up to 100 guests.

Biamanga Foyer

Biamanga Foyer is a light‑filled Level 1 event space with floor‑to‑ceiling windows and an adjoining private balcony offering panoramic mountain views. Ideal for breakout sessions, cocktail events, intimate dinners and product launches, with convenient access to a nearby bar and kitchenette.

Balawarn Rooms 1 and 2

Balawarn Meeting Rooms 1 & 2 are flexible Level 1 meeting spaces ideal for small meetings, workshops and breakout sessions. The rooms can be used individually or combined and are equipped with display screens, accommodating up to 30 guests theatre style or 20 in a boardroom layout.

Entire Venue Hire

Entire venue hire offers exclusive access across two floors of the Bega Valley Commemorative Civic Centre. With 7 flexible spaces, 2 bars and a commercial kitchen, it’s ideal for conferences, performances, weddings, exhibitions and major celebrations—supported by dedicated event spaces and flexible layouts.
