- Merri-winga Auditorium (Ground floor)
- Gulaga Room and Gulaga Foyer (Ground floor)

- Balawarn Meeting Rooms 1 & 2 (use individually or combined) (Level 1)

- Room and venue availability varies. For example, the Biamanga Room is used every third week as Council Chambers on Wednesdays, which may affect scheduling for Level 1 events.
- Venue use is subject to the Civic Centre’s terms, conditions and operational requirements (including staffing/technical needs where applicable).
