Balawarn Rooms 1 and 2

Located on Level 1, the Balawarn Meeting Rooms are flexible and well‑appointed spaces ideal for small meetings, workshops and breakout sessions. The two rooms can be used individually or combined to create a larger meeting space to suit your event requirements.

Each room is equipped with a display screen for presentations. When combined, the Balawarn Meeting Rooms can accommodate up to 30 guests in a theatre‑style layout or up to 20 guests in a boardroom configuration.

Maximum capacities – Balawarn 1 or 2

  • Theatre style: 15 guests
  • Boardroom style: 12 guests

Balawarn meaning: 

Balawarn means ‘a spiritual place’ Balawarn is a place of great spiritual significance and connectivity. The mountain, surrounding gullies, forest and animals that make their home here are important to local Aboriginal culture and spiritual teachings.
